Aromatherapy Massage uses essential oils to improve physical and mental wellbeing. It is an especially effective treatment for stress related illnesses and a variety of chronic conditions such as migraine, arthritis, IBS and depression.

Aromatherapy treatments can be uplifting or relaxing depending on the oils used, and specially blended oils can be purchased for home use.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses a variety of strokes to increase the blood supply to the muscles and skin and to improve the effectiveness of the lymphatic system. It is generally more vigorous than Aromatherapy Massage and is especially effective in the treatment of circulatory problems, sports-related injuries, muscle tension and cellulite.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage not only kneads the muscles but also manipulates massage points along the body’s invisible “energy lines”. Applying pressure to these lines stimulates the flow of energy within the body, eliminating toxins and promoting deep relaxation of both body and mind.

Thai Massage is similar to Reflexology in that it can sometimes cause pain during treatment, but will leave you feeling re-energised afterwards. It is especially effective for increasing flexibility and releasing tension. It has been said that Thai Massage is like having a huge all-over body stretch, with minimal effort!

Thai Hand & Foot Treatments

Indian Head Massage

*new!* Indian head massage is an extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional practiced in India for over a thousand years. Although the techniques are applied to the upper part of the body (shoulders, upper arms, neck and head) they provide systematic relief for the whole body and mind.

As well as relieving stress this treatment is also very effective for tension headaches, scalp and hair problems, eye strain, insomnia and neck and shoulder stiffness.
